Hilltribe is the organization representing Union Hmong Kitchen, Vinai, and Hilltribe, prominent restaurants in the Twin Cities, established by Chef Yia Vang. They are committed to showcasing the richness of Hmong culture, narratives, customs, culinary delights, and flavors. By harmonizing local practices with those rooted in South and Eastern Asia, they have introduced Hmong gastronomic experiences to the American palate.
